How will you get your images?
You will receive the edited files within 2 weeks from your session date (3 weeks for weddings) through Pixieset a link will be sent to your email. You then can order prints through Pixieset, forward to your friends + family, and post online!
Download links do expire within one week, so be sure to download your images asap! make sure to save + backup your images.
I clean out my client files every few months and cannot guarantee that I will backup the images for you.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am located in the upper pan-handle of Florida. I service all of the Gulf Coast and I am willing to travel.
Note: Travel fees will be applied to your session and may require a higher deposit or in some cases the full amount of your session or event will be do a month before or session or event.
Do I get to select my images?
Part of my job is making the image selects and choosing the most flattering photographs. The images I do not deliver are either repeats, blurry or out of focus, shots of you blinking or mid-sentence speaking.
I do not withhold any images if there are additional ones I think you would enjoy!
Booking your session
I require a $100 non-refundable deposit via Honeybook for sessions and $500 non-refundable deposit via Honeybook for weddings or events to secure your date + time. I do not write anything down in my calendar until the deposit has been paid, making your desired time slot up for grabs. The remainder of your session + any travel fee is due before your session or event
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL/THE WEATHER IS WHACK?!
In case there is an act of God/I am sick/etc, you can put your deposit toward a re-schedule, if there is no possible time or date we can reschedule then you will be refunded the entire cost of your session. Travel fees may not be refunded if travel is already booked.

If you do not show up to your session, then you will not be able to claim a refund and can not use any money paid for the previous session in order to book a new session.
Running late?
Once a time is set I give my clients room to be around 5 minutes late. I understand that things happen, traffic or wardrobe issues can cause clients to run late, please honestly communicate with me. Once you are past the 5 minutes of being late, time will start being taken out of your session. You can pay to replace the time you lost, if I am available and lighting allows it. In some cases after 15 minutes I will have to cancel your session.
Unsure what to wear or how to pose?
Have faith in me as your photographer, I will guide you to the most flattering poses and lighting. We can always talk outfit or makeup suggestions. You can also look through my full sessions.
